To all of our loyal clients and team.
Contact tracing is now necessary in WA from December 5th 2020.
As a direction order applies to our business, the collection of this personal information is necessary for our organisation’s functions of activities. This means the collection of contact information is permitted under the Privacy Act 1988.
Maurice Meade is committed to contract tracing to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We now have QR codes at all our salons that require all visitors to the salon to ‘check in’ on their smart phone.
If a client is unable to check in using a phone we are required to check that all visitors’ details are correct, this includes a full name, telephone number and email.
This is so that if there is a case of COVID-19 in Western Australia and someone visits our salon, we can quickly contact any patrons who have visited their salons to inform them.
At Maurice Meade we strive to provide excellent service resulting in beautiful hair. A part of this service is to make sure we follow regimented hygiene practices for the safety of our clients. With the global issue of Corona Virus (COVID -19) becoming more prevalent and a part of daily life in Perth we wanted to assure all our clients that we take each person’s health seriously.
As always, we will continue to follow practices to prevent the spreading of any bacteria within our salons.
These practices include
We will monitor the situation just as we are sure every individual is and we would like everyone to know that we are committed to your health and safety.
We will still continue to make our clients look and feel good every day.
