Promotion & Gift/Voucher Policy
Please note that any loyalty discounts or promotional discounts are valid Monday – Friday only unless otherwise specified. Only one discount or promotional voucher is able to be redeemed per appointment or transaction.
All gift vouchers, offers or discounts have a specified expiry date which should be noted by the recipient, as extensions to this expiration date cannot be made. It is the responsibility of the client to present the voucher or discount at the time of their appointment in order to redeem. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.
Appointment deposit policy
When booking an appointment for a service that is over the value of $250, we will require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final fee following the client’s hair service. If a cancellation or change is made within 24 hours of the appointment this deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will also be forfeited in ‘no show’ circumstances. In some circumstances, clients may be required to pay the full appointment fee upfront, the same rules apply if a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.
Christmas Gift Voucher Packages Policy
Our Christmas Gift Vouchers with bonus gifts are available during November and December only and are available strictly while stocks last. The gift voucher included in this package has a set validity period which should be noted upon purchase. The validity of Christmas Gift Vouchers is from the first day of trade after Christmas Day of the year of purchase through to the final day of November of the following year.
As these voucher packages are a promotional offer, unfortunately, no extensions can be given to expiry dates and no refunds or exchanges can be made. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Valid on hairdressing services only. Not valid with packages or with any other offer.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Competitions are open to residents of Western Australia aged 16 years or over except employees of Maurice Meade and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter
• Prizes must be collected by the winner in any of our nine Maurice Meade salon locations
• Winners will be notified by email and/or DM via Facebook/ Instagram within 28 days of the closing date
• Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To ensure your credit card details are processed securely, we use the Fat Zebra payment gateway and 256-bit SSL encryption. Fat Zebra are Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant, which guarantees that your information is protected with the highest possible levels of data security.
Your payment details will not be stored locally in either the database or site files.

• Your colour history & information regarding the condition of your hair
• Your service history
• Other information relevant to customer surveys and competitions
The above information is collected in order to provide a high level of service to our clients, which is particularly relevant for all information collected about your colour and condition of your hair.
We may also use this information for promotional purposes to send you information about special offers, new products and other news that you may find interesting.
Please note that if at any time you wish to opt out of receiving promotional mail, e-mails or SMS, you can do so via an “unsubscribe” link or send us an email at email@example.com.
Returns & Refunds Policy
It is of our highest priority to ensure that you are satisfied with your Maurice Meade experience, and leave our salons looking and feeling your best. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service you have been provided at Maurice Meade, please either contact the salon you visited directly, or contact head office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there is something not quite right with your cut or colour, we request the opportunity to correct this for you free of charge. We kindly ask that any cut or colour corrections be completed within 10 days. Please note that if you have visited another salon or attempted to correct your hair yourself before returning to a Maurice Meade salon, we may not be able to offer a cut or colour correction.
Due care and skill is always provided in order to deliver exceptional service in all Maurice Meade salons, and we generally do not provide refunds on services.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased at a Maurice Meade salon, please contact us to exchange the item within 14 days. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to a change of mind, or if they have been opened or used (except if item is faulty).
If you receive an item that you believe it damaged or faulty, please return to the salon where you made your purchase to receive an exchange within 14 days.
Electronic items such as styling tools may need to be replaced or repaired directly through the manufacturer.
Any item or product given as a gift with purchase (including bonus gifts provided with our gift voucher packages) is unable to be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. If this occurs, please return to the salon where you made your purchase, or contact email@example.com for any online purchases.
We do not provide refunds on gift voucher purchases.
