Healthy Hair Campaign

Campaign Dates: 8 July – 25 September 2026

During the Healthy Hair Campaign, clients will receive 20% off when they purchase three or more Kérastase products in a single transaction. This offer is available both in salon and online and applies to Kérastase products only.

Clients who are M-Class VIP Members, or who sign up during their salon visit with both SMS and Email marketing permissions enabled, are eligible to receive 30% off 3 or more products.

Please note that Maurice Meade uses Vish colour management to accurately measure all colour usage. If a client has particularly long, thick, or high-density hair and requires additional colour beyond the standard amount, an additional charge may apply at the stylist’s discretion. Clients should be advised of any extra costs during their consultation wherever possible.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened Kérastase products cannot be returned or exchanged, including if the product is unsuitable or causes an allergic reaction. If a client is unsure about a product, staff can provide a thorough consultation and, where available, offer a sample of an alternative product before they purchase another full-size product.

Online Orders & Delivery Policy

All online orders are processed and dispatched via Australia Post within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post’s network and may vary depending on the delivery location. During promotional periods, public holidays, or peak trading periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

All orders are carefully hand-packed and leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim, as any damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

We receive regular deliveries from our suppliers and aim to keep all products in stock. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable due to supplier delays or circumstances beyond our control, fulfilment may take up to 7 business days. If this occurs, we will contact the customer to provide an update.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing their order. If an incorrect address or delivery information has been provided, we will do our best to update the details before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, any changes to the delivery address or delivery instructions must be arranged directly with Australia Post.

GLOW CUT AND COLOUR PACKAGES POLICY

The Glow Cut and Colour packages will be available from the 2nd March 2026. The Glow Cut and Colour packages  will not be valid with any other offer or discount. Each package has a time allocated for the application of colour, however the amount of colour able to be used/applied depends on varying factors, e.g. desired look, hair type, thickness and the health of client’s hair. Maurice Meade staff will do their best to achieve the desired look within the time frame, however if there is not enough time they will either ask the client to upgrade to a more inclusive package, or charge an additional fee for additional colour used/additional time spent on application. The client will receive a colour defence shampoo and conditioner while stocks last.

If a client would like to have the tailored cut service from the package with one of our Master Stylists an additional $50 charge will be added to the service total.

The Cut That Counts

The Cut That Counts Package includes a complimentary Dia Light colour service and haircut, with package pricing starting from $165 and increasing according to the qualification and experience level of the hairdresser. The package includes an average amount of colour suitable for most clients; however, if additional colour is required due to longer, thicker, or higher-density hair, a small additional colour fee may apply. Any extra charges will be discussed with the client during the consultation before the service begins. The cut that counts package does not include complimentary colour defence.

Online Booking Policy

When booking online or via the Maurice Meade app you agree to the full terms and conditions given to you at the time of booking.

These terms and conditions include the possibility of a fee being charged against your credit/ debit card if you fail to show for your appointment OR cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment.

When booking online you will be required to provide credit card details, and will be charged a $25 deposit for each service you book This transaction will take place through Dublin Ireland, as this is where our booking system originates from. If your bank charges for international transactions you may be charged an additional fee – Maurice Meade cannot control this.

If you fail to show up to your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a fee of 50% of your total booking service cost. Your deposit will be subtracted from the 50% no show/ cancellation charge.

Appointment Deposit Policy

For all appointments 45 minutes and over we require a deposit. For 45 minute appointments the deposit fee is $50, for appointments over 45 minutes it is $100. This deposit will be deducted from the final fee following the client’s hair service. If a cancellation or change is made within 24 hours of the appointment this deposit will be forfeited or a fee of up to 50% of the booked service costs will be charged. In some circumstances, clients may be required to pay the full appointment fee upfront, the same rules apply if a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.

Maurie Meade Makeover for Telethon Promotion
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of the Maurie Meade Makeover for Telethon Promotion (“Promotion”) is Maurice Meade ABN 31 008 779 511 (“Promoter”).
The Promotion is conducted in partnership with The Channel 7 Telethon Trust ABN 65069482829 (“Telethon”).

2. Purpose of the Promotion
The Promotion aims to raise funds for Telethon while celebrating and recognising members of the Western Australian community through a makeover experience provided by Maurice Meade.
All donations received through the Promotion will be paid directly to Telethon.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:01am AWST on 19th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 25th August 2026
Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, entrants must:
• Be aged 18 years or older;
• Be a resident of Western Australia;
• Make a minimum donation of $2 to Telethon during the Promotion Period; and
• Complete and submit the nomination form in full.
Employees of Telethon, Maurie Meade and their immediate family members may enter nominations but are not eligible to receive prizes.
Nominees must:
• Be residents of Western Australia;
• Be aged 18 years or older; and
• Consent to participating if selected.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an entrant must:
1. Make a minimum donation of $2 to Telethon through the official entry form;
2. Complete the nomination details;
3. Upload a photograph of the nominee; and
4. Submit a written nomination explaining why the nominee would benefit from a Maurice Meade makeover and any connection they may have to Telethon’s mission.
Only one nomination is required per nominee, however multiple nominations may be received.
The donation amount does not influence judging and does not increase the likelihood of selection.

5. Donations
All donations made through the promotion are charitable donations to Telethon.
A tax receipt will be issued by Telethon to the donor.
Donations are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Nominee Consent
By submitting a nomination, the entrant warrants that:
• They have obtained the nominee’s consent to submit the nomination;
• They have obtained the nominee’s consent to provide their photograph and personal information;
• The information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge; and
• The nominee is aware that their information may be reviewed by Telethon and Maurice Meade for judging and administration purposes.

7. Judging

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Telethon and Maurice Meade based on criteria including:
• The quality and completeness of the nomination;
• The nominee’s story;
• Demonstrated resilience, community contribution or personal circumstances;
• Potential impact of the makeover experience; and
• Connection to Telethon.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Finalists and Winners
Up to ten winners will be selected, together with any number of finalists as determined by the judges.
Selected finalists and winners may be required to:
• Attend a consultation and makeover appointment at a Maurice Meade salon;
• Participate in photography and video recording;
• Attend a presentation or recognition event; and
• Participate in reasonable promotional and media activities relating to the promotion.
If a selected participant cannot be contacted, declines participation, or is unable to participate within the required timeframe, Telethon and Maurice Meade reserve the right to select an alternative participant.

9. Prize
Each winner will receive a Maurice Meade makeover experience.
The prize includes salon services determined by Maurice Meade and may vary between recipients. The service value will be a minimum of $695 and a maximum of $1000 depending on the extend of transformation. Maurice Meade will also provide products valued at $600. This makeover value will be determined by the hairstylist.

Plus, Claremont Quarter will gift each winner a wardrobe $500, personal styling session valued at $750 and luxury hamper valued from $100. While Absolute Cosmetics will contribute a $500 gift voucher and a $750 Skincare package.

The prizes is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The total prize pool value is approximately $60,000

10. Nominee Makeover Participants and Winners
Maurice Meade will call in 30 + competition participants for a meet and greet interview to determine their final 10 Makeover winners. Out of the 30 + participants who do not proceed to the final 10 will receive a haircare bundle valued at $350. Maurice Meade is hosting all makeover winners at their headquarters to perform the makeovers. In addition, the winners will attend a one-on-one styling session and receive their complimentary wardrobe and hamper from Claremont Quarter. After the Makeover is complete Maurice Meade will host a Makeover reveal where Stephanie Murray will present the participants with their Absolute Cosmetics voucher and skincare prize.
Filming and Photos of participants will take place throughout the Makeover process.

11. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of selection.

12. Publicity
Finalists and winners may be invited to participate in publicity, marketing and promotional activities relating to the promotion.
Separate consent will be obtained before publication of personal stories, photographs, videos, interviews or testimonials.
Telethon and Maurice Meade may use approved content in print, digital, social media, broadcast and other promotional materials without additional compensation.

13. Privacy
Telethon collects personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, processing donations, issuing tax receipts, selecting finalists and winners, and communicating with entrants.
Information collected may include:
• Contact information;
• Donation details;
• Photographs;
• Nomination responses; and
• Information relating to a nominee’s connection to Telethon’s mission.
Information submitted through the promotion will be shared with Maurice Meade for the purpose of administering, assessing and judging entries.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Telethon’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. Sensitive Information
Entrants acknowledge that nomination responses may include personal or sensitive information.
Entrants must only provide information that they are authorised to disclose and for which they have obtained the nominee’s consent.
Telethon and Maurice Meade may remove or redact information considered unnecessary, inappropriate or excessive for judging purposes.

15. Disqualification
Telethon and Maurice Meade reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:
• Contains false or misleading information;
• Includes offensive, unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate content;
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
• Is suspected of fraud or manipulation.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telethon and Maurice Meade exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of any prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

17. Changes and Cancellation
Telethon and Maurice Meade reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Mothers Day Gift Voucher Packages Policy

Maurice Meade is not responsible for any lost or misplaced vouchers, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the expiry date, as expiry reminders are not issued. This offer ends on 10 May 2026.

Christmas Gift Voucher Packages Policy

Christmas Gift Voucher Packages, including bonus gifts, are available only during November and December and strictly while stocks last. Each voucher has a fixed validity period that must be noted at the time of purchase. Christmas Gift Vouchers purchased for the 2025 period are valid from the first trading day after Christmas Day through to 30 November 2025. Because these packages are promotional, no extensions, refunds, or exchanges can be offered under any circumstances. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid solely for hairdressing services. 

They cannot be used with packages or combined with any other promotional offer. Maurice Meade takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced vouchers, and customers are responsible for keeping track of their expiry date, as reminders will not be sent. 

This offer ends on 25 December 2025.

Mclass $75 Christmas Gift Voucher Policy

CLIENTS MUST SHOW THEIR EMAIL TO A MAURICE MEADE TEAM MEMBER TO REDEEM THEIR DISCOUNT. THIS GIFT VOUCHER IS NOT TO BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR WITH ANY OTHER PROMOTION OR ALREADY DISCOUNTED OFFER. THIS VOUCHER IS NOT VALID IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER OR ON SATURDAYS. Offer is not redeemable if lost or stolen. Not valid with any other offer, discount or voucher. Change will not be given. Mclass $50 Birthday Gift Voucher Policy

Our $50 Birthday Gift Vouchers must be used during your birthday month and can not be used for beauty services, service packages or already discounted products. Voucher must be presented to redeem the offer, and is only valid for one use per person. Please mention the voucher when booking. Offer will not be redeemable for cash and is non-refundable or transferrable.

Promotion & Gift/Voucher Policy

Please note that any loyalty discounts or promotional discounts are valid Monday – Friday only unless otherwise specified. Only one discount or promotional voucher is able to be redeemed per appointment or transaction.

All gift vouchers, offers or discounts have a specified expiry date which should be noted by the recipient, as extensions to this expiration date cannot be made. It is the responsibility of the client to present the voucher or discount at the time of their appointment in order to redeem. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.

To ensure your credit card details are processed securely, we use Stripe which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We may also use this information for promotional purposes to send you information about special offers, new products and other news that you may find interesting.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Services

It is of our highest priority to ensure that you are satisfied with your Maurice Meade experience, and leave our salons looking and feeling your best. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service you have been provided at Maurice Meade, please either contact the salon you visited directly, or contact head office at admin@mauricemeade.com.au.

If there is something not quite right with your cut or colour, we request the opportunity to correct this for you free of charge. We kindly ask that any cut or colour corrections be completed within 10 days. Please note that if you have visited another salon or attempted to correct your hair yourself before returning to a Maurice Meade salon, we may not be able to offer a cut or colour correction.

Due care and skill is always provided in order to deliver exceptional service in all Maurice Meade salons, and we generally do not provide refunds on services.

Products

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased at a Maurice Meade salon, please contact us to exchange the item within 14 days. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to a change of mind, or if they have been opened or used (except if item is faulty).

If you receive an item that you believe it damaged or faulty, please return to the salon where you made your purchase to receive an exchange within 14 days.

Electronic items such as styling tools may need to be replaced or repaired directly through the manufacturer.

Any item or product given as a gift with purchase (including bonus gifts provided with our gift voucher packages) is unable to be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. If this occurs, please return to the salon where you made your purchase, or contact admin@mauricemeade.com.au for any online purchases.

We do not provide refunds on gift voucher purchases.
